All the texts published in this Website are original writings of the Author that therefore owns their exclusive Copyright. The texts are allowed to be downloaded and solely utilized for personal use, study and non-commercial purpose: anyway it is always required to preventively inform the Author and moreover to indicate the Author's name and the source website www.isolatiberina.it in case of public utilization, including the publication on the web.
The texts are provided with a software protection that prevents the easy selection and the relevant copy-paste procedure; this software protection is, however, easily tricking by user with enough computer knowledge. The photographs are allowed to be downloaded and solely utilized for personal use, study and non-commercial purpose: anyway it is always required to preventively inform the Author and moreover to indicate the Author's name and the source website www.isolatiberina.it in case of public utilization, including the publication on the web.
On this purpose it is herebelow enclosed a note relevant to the regulations of the Protection of the copyright for the photographs valid in Italy:
According to the Law 22nd April 1941 n. 633 on the Protection of the copyright and other rights connected to its practice, as modified by the Law 22nd May 2004 n. 128, the photographs considered generic and without artistic characteristics and the photos of works of figurative art become of public domain from the beginning of the solar year following the 20th year from the production of the photo (article 92). According to the law, these "simple photo" are defined as «images of people or aspects, elements or events of natural and social life, obtained by mean of photographic process or similar, including the reproduction of works of figurative art and the frames of films. In this definition are not included the photo of writings, documents, business papers, phisical objects, technical drawings and similar ones» (article 87). The photograps considered as works of art become of public domanin after 70 years from the author's death, according to the article 2 clause 7 and the article 32-bis.
